Jay
Giannone,
born
in
South
Boston
Massachusetts
is
a
second
generation
actor.
He
follows
in
the
footsteps
of
his
mother
Janet,
a
fine
theatrical
actress.
Jay's
acting
debut
came
in
1996.
He
acted
as
a
drug
dealer
on
the
hit
show
"Pacific
Blue".
He
soon
followed
that
experience
by
acting
as
a
thug
on
"America's
Most
Wanted".
His
next
endeavor
brought
Jay
back
to
his
home
town,
South
Boston,
and
he
appeared
in
the
movie
"Southie",
starring
Donnie
Wahlberg.
In
1999,
Jay
paired
up
with
close
friend,
Mark
Wahlberg,
and
filmed
"Three
Kings",
which
also
starred
George
Clooney
and
Ice
Cube.
In
2003,
Jay
continued
his
acting
and
began
working
on
the
film
"Confidence",
starring
Dustin
Hoffman,
Tommy
"Tiny"
Lister,
Paul
Giamatti,
and
Edward
Burns.
More
acting
opportunites
surfaced
in
2004
and
Jay
landed
a
role
as
"Larry"
in

Am
Stamos".
Jay
is
regularly
seen
on
the
HBO
hit
series
"Entourage"
and
begins
pre-production
in
Boston
for
the
movie
"Game
Plan"
in
October,
2006
starring
"The
Rock".
His
latest
initiative
is
a
directorial
debut
on
the
film,
"Diamond
in
the
Rough".
This
film

and
Jay
Giannone.
The
movie
relates
to
a
professional
guy
struggling
with
the
day-to-day
life
in
Hollywood,
CA.
